Dr. Reid is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He completed medical school at the University of Michigan, residency at the University of Iowa, and his Mohs surgery fellowship at Geisinger, where he developed a deep interest in the intersection of procedural technique and long-term physician health.
Growing up with a physical therapist for a mother, proper posture and body mechanics were never optional in his household. When he entered medicine, he was struck by how little formal ergonomics education exists in training programs — despite musculoskeletal injury rates as high as 90% among Mohs surgeons. ErgoSherpa is his way of sharing the practical techniques he has honed over years of surgical practice.

Open the app → About tab → "Delete account." This permanently removes your saved exercises, pain log, and profile from our servers.
Open Settings → Notifications → Ergo Sherpa → make sure "Allow Notifications" is on. In the app, open My Routine → toggle the reminder off and back on to re-schedule. If it still doesn't fire, email us at [email protected].
